i hate budgets. i really do. i had enough money to by this absolutely adorable Hell Kitty VooDoo doll, and i couldn't get it cuz my dad said i had to come back eith $1o dollars still in my wallet. so i bought something else. and still went over budget. oh well. they owe me like, $125 anyway.....
